A leading company in the telecommunications sector, active throughout Belgium, is looking for an experienced consultant to take part in an innovative FTTP (Fiber To The Premises) network deployment project. This project is part of a sustainable development strategy to provide multi-gigabit access to the majority of Belgian homes and businesses by 2040. It is a pilot project designed to validate the operational, technical and financial models needed to prepare the organization for this new technological phase.

Mission
As part of the FTTP project, you will be responsible for :
Analyze, define and implement end-to-end processes for FTTP network deployment in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
Help set up the IT tools needed to manage deployments (inventory, permit tracking, invoicing, etc.).
Make recommendations on the evolution of existing tools and propose new solutions to improve deployment efficiency.
Support knowledge transfer to local teams working on existing HFC infrastructures.
Set up reporting processes and dashboards to monitor project progress.
Profile
Demonstrated experience in FTTP, including management of PON infrastructures and telecommunication networks.
Good analytical skills and solution orientation.
Knowledge of GIS (QGIS, ComSof, Deepomatic) and office tools (Excel, Word).
Fluency in French and English.
Team spirit, adaptability and proactive approach.
