Your role
As FTTH Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for operational planning, monitoring specifications and supervising teams in the field. You will also be responsible for site safety, compliance with standards and worker motivation. You will be the key link between the project manager and the teams, while guaranteeing site productivity and quality.
Profile required
Bachelor’s degree (in construction, electromechanics) is a plus.
Experience in fiber optics, cable networks or telecommunications.
Good command of French, knowledge of Dutch or English is an asset.
Flexible, autonomous, with excellent organizational and social skills.
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) is essential.
